Gratitude and Thanks
Short Break
I want to thank all of our readers, subscribers, and those who have submitted and been published since our inaugural edition. The site will remain up so you can see all of the editions. I am taking a short hiatus from publishing since I am moving across the country to start a new nursing program and new adventure. I hope to publish a new edition again soon. Dr. Kristina Leyden

Editor's Note
Dear Readers,
Welcome to Volume 3, Issue 1 of our Creative Reflections Journal. We continue our series on Bullying in the Workplace. In this issue, we introduce creative reflections from students who have completed their master's degree in simulation. Also, in this issue, we have a special article about the effects of social media in nursing written by a registered nurse!

We remain committed to publishing articles that reflect innovative educational and nursing experiences where students, educators, and nurses have an outlet for expressing their feelings on encountering complex themes in the workplace. Happy reading the selections for this issue and the new topics herein and may it illicit your own "reflections" in your practice.
